Cost is every thing when it comes to building a website. Remember the acronym KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid! Well it does work. The major issue with any purchase of a website is cost. The second issue is the quality of goods presented. At the cost is straight forward and the quality is in the package.

Simply put, there are no hidden costs at Standard rates apply for additional web site layout and developement.

Standard rates (without a package) require a deposit of $200, layout and developement is $60.00/hr

note: There is a standard three business day waiting period. This is common etiquette for contracts. This allows both parties named in the contract agreement to review the project in detail and any party may cancel during this period. The Deposit is required after the third business day.

How it Works
Fill out and submit our questionnaire for a quote. Accept the quote and a contract will be sent to you. Review, sign and return to A $200 deposit is due three days after contract signing. During this time you should submit your unique page information (home, about, contact, etc) via email in text , MS document formats or on paper documents (additional conversion cost applies). Your information will be applied to your selected web site design and presented for your review at During the review period you should check everything for functionality. After you review approval the Ballance is due. After receiving the ballance due and paid in full your site is then loaded.

Package vs. Package
Package designs are a great way to go, but consider the number of pages and ranking. A simple 2 page site will attract less attention compared to a muti page site. Attracting attention is the name of the game on the internet. Ranking is never garanteed unless you pay for it. (ex: google). With over 30 search engines availble , each has there own ranking method. Some use the pages, meta tags or sitemaps, while others use cost. Hence, SEO.

There are two primary jobs involved in creating a website: the web designer and web developer, who often work closely together on a website. The web designers are responsible for the visual aspect, which includes the layout, coloring and typography of a web page. Web designers will also have a working knowledge of using a variety of languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and Flash to create a site, although the extent of their knowledge will differ from one web designer to another. Particularly in smaller organizations one person will need the necessary skills for designing and programming the full web page, while larger organizations may have a web designer responsible for the visual aspect alone.

There are two basic type of websites, static and dynamic.
A static website contains Web pages with fixed content. Each page is coded in HTML and displays the same information to every visitor. Static sites are the most basic type of website and are the easiest to create. Unlike dynamic websites, they do not require any Web programming or database design. A static site can be built by simply creating a few HTML pages and publishing them to a Web server.
* Static websites if designed properly require almost no maintenance or none.

Dynamic websites contain Web pages that are generated in real-time. These pages include Web scripting code, such as PHP or ASP. When a dynamic page is accessed, the code within the page is parsed on the Web server and the resulting HTML is sent to the client's Web browser. Most large websites are dynamic, since they are easier to maintain than static websites.
* Dynamic websites require maintenance.

Construction Trade Web Sites usualy contain a few pages of the individuals trade and contact information and are therefore considered static. There should be no maintenance.
